  • When is the best moment to use SoClean ?

For best results, it is recommended to use SoClean after a hot shower when your skin pores are open. This way, the brush will remove all the toxins and impurities more efficiently

  • Can I use SoClean without water or cleaning product ?

Although all the brushes are made to respect your skin, it is not recommended to use them without a moisturizing or cleaning product, or even water. This helps the brushes to glide better and prevents irritation.

  • In which order should I use the brushes ?

We recommend starting with the Daily Brush as it is the most efficient for an overall face clean. You can then use the other brushes to either apply nutritive products to your skin, massage your skin deeper, or even stimulate and firmen your skin. 

  • Is it better to use SoClean with cold or hot water ?

It is best to use hot water to start the cleaning as it helps open your pores and relax your skin. Finish with cold water to make sure your pores are closed after the cleaning and your face is firm. 

  • Should I use all the brushes everyday ?

Definitely not! Face skin is very sensitive, and even though our brushes are made to respect it, it is not recommended to use all the brushes on a daily basis. The Daily Brush is soft and efficient for daily cleaning so you can use it every day. It is best to let your skin rest for at least 3 days in between deeper cleaning with the Exfoliating Brush. 

  • How long does the battery last until I need to charge my SoClean ?

The battery lasts up to 12 hours, depending on the use, so one full charge should be enough for a week of face cleaning.

using the attachments to avoid staining the bristles


2. Attach your desired brush head


3. Dampen your skin with water

4. Apply cleanser directly to your skin or the brush head. Avoid using exfoliators with large, jagged particles


5. Hold the device so the brush head is flush against your skin, then press the power button to select a mode


6. Gently glide the Ultimate Skin Spa over your skin’s surface in a rotating motion, careful not to apply too much force to the brush head as this may cause irritation to your skin
